Ramiro Alvarez is a Dj and music producer born in Rosario (Arg.) on August 8th 1983. His relation with music begins when he was a child, mainly due to the fact that his grandmother, a piano teacher, introduced him into its first concepts.

Arround the year 2000 he started studying and playing drums for 6 years. In 2010, he began to mix electronic music, mostly progressive house, influenced by big international artists like Hernán Cattáneo, John Digweed , Guy J and Fernando Ferreyra, among others.

During 2019 he starts producing his first tracks also in the progressive house genre, this led him to work with labels such as The Soundgarden, Univack, UV, MNL, Transesations Récords, For Sense, One Of a Kind, Balkan Connection Records, AH Digital, 33 Degrees Fahrenheit,
Bevel Rec, Thewarehousemiami and nationals such as Moonlight and Massive Harmony.
His tracks have the support of leading progressive artists such as Hernan Cattaneo,
Nick Warren, Fernando Ferreyra, Sebastian Bustos among others.

He had the Opportunity to make his first Internactional Tour in 2024 for: Mexico,
Guatemala and Costa Rica, He got to play in events with some renowned international artists, such as Alex O’Rion, and national figures like Baunder, Mariano Mellino, and Marcelo Vasami, to name a few. Nowadays, Ramiro dedicates his time on new music productions and growing as an artist in the electronic music scene.

The month of July flew by for me.  My family and I spent a week or the road, then 3 days later, I spent a week in the UK.  This months episode of Unwind Your Mind for 2nd Fridays on Saturo with my brothers Darren Gibbs and Gabe Real - The Crate DGGRRS - I went in tired and with not many expectations.  
Turns out, this months show is exactly what I needed for a nice boost of inspiration!
