This track was written as a visualisation to help me with my meditation.  To open the whole top of my head to breathe in the stars and the sun.  
To bring nourishing light and air into my body.  To connect to the invisible energy that we can't see but is all around us.
I often  sing this at the beginning of a yin yoga class or in our sound journeys that we hold (www.heartsound.com.au)

Breathe

I wrote this track when I was working with the Abraham Hicks teachings and starting to understand that my thoughts and feelings actually had power that I was unaware of, to create my own reality that I was experiencing.  

Its a reminder that actually every thought and feeling is transmitted out into the universe as a very real vibration and that repeated thoughts manifest as physical reality - quantam physics style and magic to me.

"Good Rockin' Tonight" was written by Roy Brown and recorded in 1954 by Elvis Presley. Good Rockin' Tonight was Presley's second single recorded at Sun Records. The song has been covered by many rock'n'roll and rockabilly artists including Link Wray, Brian Setzer (and the Stray Cats) Paul McCartney, Lonnie Lee and Ricky Nelson.

Here is it. The 20 minute edition of this song, requested by many of you. I have had feedback from people saying to me that a longer version would be great for those who want to use this song for meditation purposes or to enter into deep relaxation and healing.
This song is in Quechua (the people’s language spoken mainly in the Andes region of South America).
This song is tuned in 432Hz which therefore means that it is mathematically consistent with the universe. The ancient bells from Peru used in this track were already tuned to this frequency and so we therefore tuned all the other instruments to match the 432Hz tuning. Music that is tuned in 432Hz transmits healing energy because it is in exact mathematical frequency and vibration to the universe, as opposed to the 440Hz frequency tuning that is most commonly used today. Music therefore tuned in 432Hz frequency is known to be more relaxing, healing and softer for the human being.
