The story goes:
In the year 20XX, the state of Saturday Morning Cartoons is awful. Corrupt corporations have replaced awesome cartoons with lame educational shows, and worst of all... boring news. 

To save cartoons, scientists invented The Saturday Morning Simulator! Problem is, the machine can only run on a long-lost energy source, Saturday Morning Magic!

Enter PRO-1, the only hero brave enough to time travel back to 197X, 198X, and 199X! Wielding his green laser katana, PRO-1 battles evil politicians to recover and restore Saturday Morning Magic!
