I recorded this on my phone with an Ibanez electric guitar, alone yet accompanied by the swirl of emotions, tensions & inspiration around & within myself - between a "rock & a hard place", if only levitation were an option. The art is an oil pastel crayon/pencil on paper from imagination that I did in high school art class, where I was still criticized for "coloring outside the lines" of the assignment.

Me, acoustic guitar & phone app, just reflecting on the haunting lyrics here of "All Apologies" that speak to certain people among me who wish I ode them an apology while it's reverse in truth. I'll never forget when many years ago the lyric "aqua seafoam shame" popped in my head, started my car & heard that same lyric on the radio.

This song was composed in memory of my little girl, who passed away a year ago. It's a tribute filled with love and nostalgia, a musical offering that seeks to embrace her memory. The melody is built on soft melodic pianos and enveloping guitars, accompanied by harmonious synthesizers that create an ethereal atmosphere. The sounds of the sea and the songs of sirens emerge like echoes of the soul, representing a bridge between this world and hers. Each note is a caress, each chord a tear turned into light. It's a farewell that refuses to relent, a whisper to heaven that says, "You'll always be with me."
