It is Pride Month. Many do not know that my own father was a gay black man that served in The US Army during The Vietnam War. As the rights of many come under attack, I find it important to remember the battles of the past in regards to Human and Civil Rights. This is my tribute to Harvey Milk. A true champion in the pursuit of equal treatment for all. Remember well, rights are only privileges. Privileges that can be taken away, if we do not extend them to one and all fairly, equally, and evenly.
