Very early work in progress.  Not really sure what I was trying to do with that modulation there but it sounds pretty cool

Take The Lead (Very Early Sketch)

The music theory class I was in adapted my piece, Save It for a Rainy Day, into a rock/fusion-style song.  I'm on piano.  This is a "bootleg" recording so forgive the talking etc.

We were going to start the performance with the classical recording of Save it for a Rainy Day (the oldest thing on my soundcloud), and then segue into the live part.  But the audio guys couldn't get the recording to work, so I decided to instead open with a piano solo in addition to my solo later on.  It ended up working pretty well!

Ended on a half cadence too, how about that
