This epic production is also filled to the brim with a luxurious line-up of Britain's most exceptional Jazz, Latin & Classical musicians, featured guest performers, along with sultry wide-ranging voice and full-bodied grooves of Maurita André as she plays the title role of Orchid Angelique.

Set in 1922, where cultures, jazz and wine intertwine in the artsy cobblestone quarter of Montmartre, Paris, Maurita André’s dark and smokey Japra will give you chills as it takes you on a melodic and cinematic ride filled with love, passion, tragedy and deception. 


THE CONCEPT ALBUM & FULL-LENGTH SCORE

With music production taking place in North London, the "DRINK WITH YOUR EYES" concept album and full-length score are being recorded & mixed at Sensible Studios by British-Based Double Oscar Award Winning Sound Engineer / Producer Dennis Weinreich and British Triple Grammy Award Winning Sound Engineer / Producer Jon Moon.

These sound connoisseurs have had the pleasure of working with many legendary artists over the years including Miles Davis, Amy Winehouse, Sir Elton John, Eric Clapton, Queen and Wham, including the Academy Award Winning Film, "Slumdog Millionaire."

Upon the completion of the recordings, the "DRINK WITH YOUR EYES" acoustic concept album and score will then be clarified, barrelled and mastered in Barnet, Greater London by Tube Mastering Sound Engineer Andy Jackson, who is best known for his work with the British progressive rock band Pink Floyd.

THE EPISODIC FILM SERIES & STAGE SHOW

Maurita André is also working with an internationally renowned Creative Team and Film Crew to help bring the "DRINK WITH YOUR EYES" episodic film series and stage production to life.  It will feature stunning stage sets, dramatic mood lighting, glamorous costumes, entrancing choreography and an exceptional cast.
