Gennaro Di Mauro (aka Mauro Gee) nasce a Napoli nell’agosto del 1978. Sarà la madre, regalandogli un mangia dischi 45 giri, ad accendergli la passione per la musica, e all’età di 7 anni inizia il suo interesse per la Disco-Music e per il Synth-Pop crescendo con gli artisti che avevano rivoluzionato il panorama musicale come Giorgio Moroder , Kraftwerk , Cerrone , Alan Parson Project , Michael jackson e Depeche Mode.
Influenze forti arrivano dalla scena Techno di Detroit e dalla scena House Newyorkese e Italiana , caratterizzando i suoi gusti in un ampia visione musicale con varie contaminazioni di generi diversi, che con il passare del tempo caratterizzeranno i suoi DJ Set e le sue Produzioni.

Nel 1990 inizia l’avventura da Dj ,le prime serate tra amici, feste private e le prime soddisfazioni che da lì lo portano, a esibirsi in alcuni locali della Provincia di Frosinone.
Nel Frattempo si mette alla ricerca di sonorità innovative, consolidando un suo stile ben definito, un Tech – Elettro Funk con Grooves e suoni ricercati e Riff melodici che sono frutto della passione per la musica Techno e House e della nascente dream music, in particolare per artisti come Daft Punk, Gianni Parrini, Cassius , Robert Miles e Plastikman

Negli ultimi anni si farà conoscere col nick "MAURO GEE", producendo diversi brani quali "PUSSYMEN" ed "HAUNTED HOUSE", rilasciati dalla "TIME RECORDS" (collaborando inoltre con German Leguizamon, voce dei SoundLovers), "NU MOODS” rilasciato dalla "OCEAN TRAX”, “MUTE” rilasciato dalla "MANTRA VIBES", svariati remix per diversi progetti e attualmente in collaborazione con il suo caro “Fratello e Maestro” Gianni Parrini per la “432HZ PARRINI RECORDS”
