After yet another summer of stand-out festival performances the time is ripe for onlyjoe to unleash their fourth release to the world.

Still reeling from the success of 'Wicked Land' and 'Revolution', 'Play With Fire' sees the band truly become the roots outfit that they claim to be. On remix duty are the mighty Dubkasm, with a rare dub mix that veers away from their usual steppas style, marking this as a unique remix. DJ Madd also comes on board with his trademark dancefloor killer. As if this wasn't enough Unit 137 have called upon their most respected producers to come with the fourth and final version, Sleepy Time Ghost & Hylu inna combination style.

'Play With Fire' was released on 12" Vinyl, CD & Digital formats on 14th October 2013.

Ruckus Fx which is a new project from Dirty Dubsters / Irish Moss Records front man Jay Sharp teams up with Parly B for some bass heavy soundsystem action. The original mix brings in dub reggae vibes with big beats and amen style drum breaks. Parly B lays down the vocals sending out some good time vibes to build up the dancefloor and get the party started.

Remixes come in from heavy hitter King Yoof (Chopstick Dubplate), Bazza Ranks and Mr Upfull. King Yoof brings a big 140bpm jungle amen style break track, while Bazza Ranks heads down a old school garage vibe and finally Mr Upfull lays down a sweet roots dub reggae riddim.

Volume 5 of the ever popular series of compilations from NICE UP! and it's another round up of the labels action over the last year or so, with big singles from Seanie T & Roots Manuva, Origin One, Mr Benn and Preacha alongside vocalists such as Rider Shafique, Parly B and Gardna with tracks spanning hip hop, reggae, dancehall, drum & bass, jungle and more!

As always there are some brand new and exclusive remixes included, most of which are previously unreleased. First up, US duo Folding City get busy with Origin One and Irah's huge "My Yout" twisting it into a darker grime/dancehall hybrid. Greek jungle badboy goes hard on Escape Roots "One Step At A Time" with a half time DnB recharge, whilst Numa Crew associate T-Kay turns up the heat even more on Mr Benn and Parly B's "Heat Up". More jungle comes in the shape of Conrad Subs massive remix of Sub Alpine & Natty Campbell's "Bubblin" - a tune that has been road tested at festivals all summer to devastating effect, while Swiss mash up don Max Rubadub gives Seanie T and Serocee's huge "Blaze Fire Bun" a heavy reggae refix. Max RubaDub, better known as „The Remix Junkie“ releases his personal milestone. After years of remixing for labels and artists from all over the world, he finally found time to sit down and work on his producer-album. Featuring voices like Luciano, Gappy Ranks, Voicemail or Lutan Fyah this LP brings along a high musical diversity. On 16 tracks he mixes all the different colors which Jamaican Bass music has to offer. Whether it is rub-a-dub, hiphop, steppers, dancehall or one-drop, Max dedicates his debut-album to the love of music.

Max RubaDub is truly unique. Like no one else, he mixes danceable beats with fresh vocals - whether it is mash up, dancehall, reggae or hip-hop - focussing on groovy music that keep your dancing feet moving; always surrounded by the Jamaican vibe. He plays what he likes and whatever makes the party going crazy; also new genres such as afrobeats or even shatta.

Having gained a lot of experience, Max knows exactly how to crank up the party and how to excite the party crowd anywhere. But this DJ is also an entertainer: with his hot sets, he is a welcome guest in the clubs and one of the most booked selectors in Switzerland.

He started his career as a member of the well-known Riot Soundsystem, with which he travelled all-over Switzerland and its neighbouring countries. But also as a solo DJ he managed to gain publicity by creating internationally acclaimed remixes for names as Chali 2na or Cypress Hill and by releasing mixtape series.

Meanwhile, the name Max RubaDub stands for quality. A further project is the SoundMax-Studio, in which he is experimenting and working on his latest remixes, is recording different artists or is refining his newest productions. He released his own music on several international labels such as Irish Moss Records (IR), Cast-a-Blast (GR), Gideon Production (CH), Superfly (PL) Ranking Reggae (CH) or on his own RubaDub Blends (CH).

The future seems to be bright: there are already new productions and mixes raring to be released and as usual Max RubaDub is willing to demonstrate his DJ-skills in the clubs. Watch out!

Der rote Faden ist der jamaikanische Vibe. Dabei macht Max auch vor Stilarten wie Afrobeats oder Shatta nicht Halt. Gespielt wird was gefällt – und abgeht!

Max RubaDub gelingt es dank seiner langjährigen Erfahrung, die Party zur rocken, welche diesen Namen auch verdient und die TänzerInnen landauf und -ab zu begeistern. Hier wird der DJ zum Entertainer: Mit seinen brandheissen Sets ist er gern gesehener Gast in den Clubs und einer der am meisten gebuchten Plattenaufleger der Schweiz.

Ein weiteres Projekt ist das SoundMax-Studio, in welchem er an seinen Remixen arbeitet, verschiedene Künstler aufnimmt und an seinen eigenen Produktionen feilt, welche er bereits auf internationalen Labels wie Irish Moss Records (IR), Cast-a-Blast (GR), Gideon Production (CH), Superfly (PL) Ranking Reggae (CH) und seinem eigenen RubaDub Blends (CH) veröffentlichen konnte.
