He has built a name for himself with remarkable releases that are constantly played around the globe. Anstelle seine Musik nur mit Samples zu spicken, bringt Dandara lateinamerikanisches Rhythmusgefühl auch im synthetischen Frequenzbereich zum Ausdruck. Mit Pororoca schleicht sich ein Hauch von Cumbia durchs Hintertürchen des Unterbewusstseins in die Tanzbeine - während die Stimme der Sängerin und der versonnene Bassdruck ganz offensichtliche Wirkung zeigen. Quiero nutzt die gleiche Formel um etwas zu schaffen, das zur Spitzenzeit einer Party passt. Unter dieses Stichwort fällt auch der mit housiger Wärme aufgeladene Remix von Mollono.Bass. Pophop kommt hier sehr musikalisch, fast schon Song-artig rüber und funktioniert sowohl auf der großen als auch auf der kleinen Anlage ganz wunderbar. In der jener eskalierenden Ekstase, welche die unverkennbare Handschrift von Herrhausen & Treindl trägt, verwandelt sich Pororoca in trancige Verspieltheit. Und Timboletti weckt zwischen tropischen Trommeln und den fraktalisierten Echos des Gesangs unwillkürlich Fantasien von Feiern und freiem Himmel.
