Vanjee - Maxa - Burning Man 2024

This set was so special for me and such a big responsibility. I played the first time the deer was making its way to the playa, and all the maxa family following us with their bikes, sending me all their smiles and unconditional love, and power. 

I’m a DJ for more than 30 years, and this was one of the best moments in my life. I will never forget it, can’t wait for my set in 2025, and to meet with all my family again.

We’re still floating on cloud nine, finding it nearly impossible to come back down after such a beautiful and intense experience. Playing on the Mayan Warrior this year surpassed anything we could have imagined—it was pure magic.

Burning Man is a testament to the boundless creativity and adaptability of humanity, where together we push limits and create unforgettable memories. This year, we truly lived a dream, a moment etched in our hearts forever.

We are deeply grateful to the entire Mayan Warrior team: Pablo, Amal, Jesús, Arturo, Linus, Thomas, Carlos, and everyone who made this incredible moment possible. You helped us realize one of our biggest dreams, and for that, we are forever thankful. 

A huge thank you as well to David for all the work since day one and Nico for letting us borrow that incredible synth and a special shout out to our friends who have followed and supported us throughout this journey, you mean the world to us.
