Following their last “Masterbep” release from December 2023 which seemed to lay new psy foundations for the label, SousTraitance is back on July 1th to pledge total allegiance to the no-start-no-end force with Mitry Claye their fourth V/A.

Just in time for the midsummer festival season, the Lyon-based crew delivers another offering of mind-bending, meticulously sound-designed tracks from Alpha Solo, Autogenesis, Cusoon DJ, ICI MTN and RXEX. The spiraling hole goes round and round, sucking in heads and bodies without distinction. The DnB keeps switching between states in the ear to provide a fluid audio experience, only to be redefined by ritualistic Techno thuds and throbs.

The river plunged the world into turmoil, its energy and chaos echoing through the rhythmic dexterity of Ruff Cherry's latest work.

At last, a collection of best-kept unreleased tracks from one of our most prolific artists is emerging as a 5-track collection, 'Exonda EP'—unannounced but unsurprisingly solid in its delivery. Ruff Cherry returns to Midgar to inaugurate our new digital side catalogue, where artists will focus on their strongest club-oriented cuts. Konduku's appearance on Amenthia feels like something that happened a long time ago, but with 'Slowworm,' he officially makes his label debut, delivering three solo works that solidify his close relationship with the pioneering Basel crew.

'Slowworm' includes three mesmerizing, slow-paced, tension-building mind trips that are a perfect fit for Amenthia. It's an excellent showcase of impeccable rhythms, morphing from sludgy slow beats to introverted intensity--a style for which both Konduku and Amenthia are celebrated.

Konduku's tracks have been a staple in the Amenthia crew's setlists for years. In addition to creating the 2022 release 'Glimmer' by Konsudd, a project with Aa Sudd; and contributing a track on the latest Amenthia x A Walking Contradiction collaboration EP; the partnership has generated a close friendship along the way.

the EP blends minimal drum and bass, left-field bass, and experimental textures, drifting between the scientific and the surreal. Across 4 original tracks and 2 remixes, the music explores how distinct components unite to form a greater whole.

A Walking Contradiction welcomes Sciama to the fold and adds another full EP of oscillating rhythm workouts to the catalogue. AWC009 densely packs fast moving, ultra focused soundtrips. From breathtaking drone scapes to wiggly high-paced rhythm experiments, all sublimely sound designed with a focus on the low ends.

Sciama's soundscapes are accompanied by an essay of writer and researcher Asia Bazdyrieva. Pixels densely packed*** expands on the contemporary media surrounds that wrap and entrap us. A constant stream of images and sounds of atrocities and genocidal violence transforms into an anaesthetising haze, ever present and indispensable, yet easily ignored.
