1, 2 … 3 is … OTB. O Tannenbaum is freaktown. Active as a project space, a bar and mini club in Berlin since 2008, this place has hosted a countless number of ... a bit of everything. Now located on the one and only one hill of the inner part of NK, shades of shapes can be usually seen in the early morning hours, slightly moving behind the multi color fringe door curtains. Stuck in between perdition and education, this institution should be understood as way much more than only that. Hideout for bright dreams and lost wishes, the OTB offered and still offers a shelter for a whole musical and artistic scene, always dedicated to those who know how and those who don't know how at the same time, always without distinction.
In this 7 hour radio show you will hear what a night or week of O Tannenbaum might sound like. There are 9 mixes, 7 by Tannenbaum resident DJ's and 2 by their owners, both from the Netherlands, Pieter Kock aka DJ Peacock and Hamy Caldwell aka Squeaky.

GLOBAL WARMING as # 8 = DJ NOT AT HOME // Noods Radio Special Show

"Walk That Sound" uses the commonplace yet often forgotten walkie-talkie to create a moving urban sound portrait based around Kottbusser Tor in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
The project plays with the array of available and free frequencies, and the almost unlimited amount of users that can interact over these different channels, to capture crackling dialogues ranging from the banal to extremely urgent, as well as the multitude of sounds captured by chance while participants rove around the city as "mobile scouts".

"Walk that Sound" by Lukatoyboy is part of the CTM Radio Lab, and has been co-commissioned by Deutschlandradio Kultur/Klangkunst, Goethe-Institut, ICAS, ECAS, musikprotokoll, and CTM Festival.

Miniaturen (eng: Miniatures) is a radiophonic work based on tape loops which I created with my 4-track recorder during the last two years. They are documenting a few sound experiments by using field recordings, voice, percussion, no-input-feedback and radio-noises. After rediscovering I decided to play them in combination with some simple effects and a radio.

Miniaturen can be described as a compressed story of breathing loops or repetitive body rotation, somewhere between focusing and almost fast-paced.
