EPx19 is a no BS BLOWsutra (Revolt Now) meditation, an agnostic prayer hour for truth, justice, & solidarity (for a world gone mad bananas)... yet another empathetic and courageous pep talk of light for dark times, to help our guts know, our hope grow, and our hearts glow  ❤️‍🔥
