Description: M.S. Sayyad - a fishing boat travelling through mellow seas of sound and streams of conversation. To kick-off our next radio hosting we want to open the session with a conversation. The format involves a theme for the talk with the artists of the day, for which we invite all our fisherpeople to bring a song or record on theme.

Time stops in the endless stream of sonic transmission. If you dive into Te Iubesc’s webradio channel, one will soon find themselves immersed in a vast comic broadcast. At some point, one slips into distant dreamworlds, transfixed under the colourful spell of the imagination. Traversing dimensions, morphing spaces, an endless accretion of sounds crossing all dots and into uncharted territory.

Listen closely and you’ll find a red thread that brings them all together. Threaded by its Parisian creator, Dawidu, the webradio is a perennial project fuelled by unceasing curiosity and unresolved endings. Also a personal repository of thoughts and emotions, such an eternal broadcast can map histories, but also eventually seems to transcend time itself. Dawidu is the navigator of these timeless worlds, unlimited in the scope of his inquiry, and indefatigable in his search for the undiscovered.

"This is a kind of honest mix that I've recorded using the same record bag I took to one of my recent gigs, featuring music from Umwelt, Damon Wild, Kassem Mosse, Timeline and many more..."

The Closer (Kyiv) resident and Lifeform record shop owner, Andre aka Shakolin - having played for us in London at the end of 2023 - shares a recent home recording for the 18th instalment in the series.

Plaintive speech from Oppenheimer and bleepy techno open the recording with a sense of foreboding for what's about to unravel.

Shakolin meanders his way through dubbed out acid lines and a particularly relevant style of glitchy, minimalist techno. A soft and reflective moment of electro shifts the mix down a gear before proceeding with driving, 4X4 grooves. 

This 75 minute recording comes from a seasoned digger and selector who has rightfully made his way to some of the best underground stages and platforms in the world.
