Inspired by the Electric Oasis desert gathering, this is a thank you and an homage to all who have helped me awaken and step into the path of being in service to LOVE. It’s an invitation to express yourself radically, to live in your authentic truth, to find your warrior power and to remember that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself. I CHOOSE the vibration of LOVE and wish healing for all beings. I am forever grateful to my Colours of Love soul family and the powerful women & beings who reminded me of my mission in this lifetime. Elias Widukind | You make my day

My intention for this EP was to reconnect with my North African heritage, embracing the spirit of boundless prosperity and harmony. Alkebulan is the original name of Africa meaning “Mother of mankind”.
In the process I found myself embodying the spirit of the legendary King Mansa Moussa of Mali, a ruler whose affluence knew no bounds, making him one of the wealthiest monarchs in the history of our planet. He showed unparalleled acts of generosity when he gave away so much gold to the people in need on his Hadj pilgrimage that it sent a shockwave through Egypt's economy. 
Join me as we explore the rich tapestry of Alkebulan's history, and let the melodies transport you to a time when prosperity and harmony were the order of the day.

Max Maxwell has been quietly making noise in the New Zealand music scene since everything smelled like Teen Spirit.  

Running the aural gamut from downbeat to progressive, Max borrows dancefloor elements, dubs them out with chunky bass lines, and adds a sprinkle of melodic electronica tempered with sonorous vocals to create a rich patina of soundscapes which is at once dynamic and uplifting; reflective and deep.
