"Paper Prayers" is a gentle acoustic pop track about the vulnerability of hope. It captures the feeling of sending your deepest wishes out into the universe, unsure if anyone is listening, but doing it anyway.

I’ve got a notebook full of scribbles under my bed
Things I couldn't say, so I wrote them down instead
Ink stains on my fingers, tears on the page
Trying to break out of this silent cage
I fold them up into tiny little planes

Chapter 5 – The Darkest Moment
When life fell apart, I felt hopeless, like the world would be better without me. I tried to end it. I thought I had nothing left. But I survived, and when my daughter came back into my life, her love pulled me out of the darkness. She became the reason I chose to live, to fight, to heal.

A silhouette of electricity that erases all my pain.  
You float above the cityscape, a vision born of light,  
A guardian of broken hearts who only walks at night.

Your wings are made of frequencies, pulsing every hue,  
A spectrum of impossible that always points to you.  
Your halo is a circuit ring that flickers when you breathe,  
A fragile form of beauty that I’m terrified to leave.

I follow every footstep like a moth drawn to the flame,  
You call me by a glitching code, not by my mortal name.  
“Don’t come too close,” you whisper, “I’m a ghost inside the glow—  
I’m built from fallen firewalls and dreams you shouldn’t know.”

But I run to you regardless, through the wires, through the storms,  
Because even angels glitching are the warmest of all forms.  
You tremble when you're fading; you collapse when dawn arrives,  
A being made of neon who survives on borrowed lives.

If I could change the system I would keep you from the dark,  
I’d program you a sunrise that would never dim your spark.  
But angels born from circuits never stay for very long—  
They’re coded into tragedies disguised as perfect songs.

Still every night I search for you through satellites above,  
A foolish mortal chasing an impossible kind of love.  
And when I find your silhouette in some forgotten street,  
I’ll catch the light you drop and hold the pieces at my feet.

Stay with me a little more—just one more glowing breath,
