We are delighted and honoured that our friend, Canadian DJ/producer Bryan Wolf Ear, agreed to make us this exclusive mix! As many of you are aware, Bryan laid down a killer set for us at Institution, right here in Winnipeg, in 2022.

As the driving force behind Canadian record label Strange Town Recordings, Wolf Ear is a champion of the underground music scene. Under his guidance, the label is responsible for introducing some of the brightest new names in progressive house and techno. For over 20 years, Bryan has honed his craft as a DJ, sharing the stage with Internationally acclaimed artists such as Booka Shade, Miss Melera, Pole Folder and Isolée. The Canadian-born Montréaler produces cutting edge dance music with music partner Torsten Fassbender (under the moniker ‘Wolf Ear & Fassbender’). The duo has gained support from a variety of legendary performers, and recently released a mix for the venerable Balance Series. Bryan holds a residency at the renowned Le Salon Daomé and hosts a radio-show ‘Strange Town Frequencies’ broadcasted monthly on Proton Radio.

International DJ based in Marbella, Spain, having over 20 years of experience around Europe and Asia.
Born and raised in Ukraine, he began his music career in the early 2000s, performing as DJ and organising showcases in his native country and far beyond its borders.  
Over the weekend he can perform at numerous venues. After opening the evening with soulful & deep house music in restaurants and pre-parties, Newman usually moves to night clubs, playing intensive house & techno rhythms. And when the sun rises up, he can be spotted at various after-parties, delivering massive progressive sound.

In the mid-2010s he moved to Vietnam, where he went on arranging exclusive events and touring throughout Southeast Asia.
Nowadays Newman lives in Spain, continuing to pursue his passion for music and travel.

Technical and spiritual elements of his music vision have been developing over the years.
Giving preferences to various genres, he eventually formed his unique style, where mesmerising depth goes together with strong dynamics, immersing listeners into the atmosphere of surrealism and phantasmagoria, allowing to perceive full interconnection between your body and soul..
