Neighbors’ is a rebellious piece of funk about living in the moment, not giving a f**k and just being you, regardless of what other people 
(most specifically the neighbors) think! 

‘I been caught up in this work week too long // got me thirsty now my drink game too strong’ sings LA-based singer Bryce Fox over a funkylicious slap bassline as he sums up the way all of us feel when the weekend draws closer. 
‘Let’s fuck with my neighbors // Cause they don’t do me no favors’

is the prevailing theme of the song and what ‘Neighbors’ is all about: unbridled, unhinged and uninhibited fun with no one to stop us!
It is the first time that Tai Jason has tried his hand at producing a funk-pop track, and he’s more than succeeded with this tune. 
For Max, Tai was his first and only choice to produce, “I wanted to give funk a new dynamic sound, and Tai Jason is such an awesome talent who understands what it means to produce a really modern funk track.

This night will be a very significant night! 
After a busy summer of touring, Austrian producer and multi-instrumentalist Markus Ecklmayr, aka MAX THE SAX has returned to the studio to create his most intimate piece of music yet, ‘Delight’.
With ‘Delight’ set to be released on December 21st, MAX THE SAX invites you to end the year at the after-party, turning the lights down low and the mood down a notch. The club vibes are still there, but so is something else, a visceral euphoria as the music soothes you and the beat gently washes over your body. The vocals reiterate the significance of the night you’re having, and how important it is to truly live in the moment. 
The track is given an extra touch of intimacy by the fact that all of Max’s sax solos were recorded in just one take, and completely spontaneously. 
This is Max at his most natural, at his purest and where he wants to be, expressing his emotions through the power of music, and most importantly, through his saxophone, as Max says himself,

“Music is a universal language, and my saxophone is my voice!”
