Hice este mix en las madrugadas de abril en Berlín, cuando me sentía anónima en la ciudad tras horas infinitas en el club, en la esquina de la esquina, sin ninguna luz cerca de mí. No querer ser nada, sólo humo y piel. 
Miradas cómplices, pero desconocidas, suspiros de placer.
Carne de deseo no existe. Cuerpo de culpa no existe.

Recordé las veces que no quería ser vista, cuando en la adolescencia entendí lo que representaba ser un cuerpo de deseo. 
La sangre de mi cuerpo no es ni de quien la mira. Ni de quien la prueba. 
La sangre de mi cuerpo no es ni mía, solo pertenece al territorio del que vengo. 

Carne de territorio lleno de sangre. 
Sangre sin culpa.

I did this mix in the April's nights in Berlin, when i felt anonymous in the city after endless hours in the club, in the corner's corner, with no light close to me. Not wanting to be anything, just smoke and skin.
Friendly looks, but unknown, pleasure sighs.
Desire flesh does not exist. Body of guilt does not exist.

I remember the times I didn't want to be seen, when in my teenage years I understood what being a body of desire represented.
My body's blood is not even owned by whoever looks at it. Nor whoever tries it. 
My body's blood is not even mine, it just belongs to the territory I come from.

Flesh from a territory full of blood.
Blood without guilt.

petaanx es un dj y artista audiovisual basado en Ciudad de México y criado en el oriente del Valle de México. Co-fundador de @declive.club, reciente plataforma audiovisual de club latinoamericano y mexicano en CDMX. Desde 2022, ha estado activo en la escena local y nacional de México presentándose en diversas fiestas, clubes y con colectivos underground del país.

"Para este mix experimenté con ritmos más rápidos de los que acostumbraba a mezclar con una fresca selección en su mayoría productores y artistas de México, Brasil y Latinoamérica, que ronda entre algunos géneros como hard drum, club latino, techno, drum & bass/jungle y experimental. Este mix se gestó en un período en que me cuestioné mucho sobre mi proyecto y mi enfoque en el futuro con mi relación con la música, por lo que siento que es como un parteaguas en mi forma de relacionarme con mi música. ‘Ni de aquí ni de allá’.”

petaanx is a DJ and audiovisual artist based in Mexico City, raised in the eastern Valley of Mexico. He's the co-founder of @declive.club, a new audiovisual platform for Latin American and Mexican club scenes in CDMX. Since 2022, he's been making waves in the local and national scenes, playing at various parties, clubs, and with underground collectives across the country.

"For this mix, I played around with faster beats than usual, featuring a fresh selection of mostly Mexican, Brazilian, and Latin American producers and artists. It covers genres like hard drum, Latin club, techno, drum & bass/jungle, and experimental. I put this mix together during a time when I was really questioning my project and my future direction with music.
