This track is a short single-instrument test on a VST for Kontakt called "The Giant" by Native Instruments. The SMW Castle theme had a wide tonal range that allowed me to experience the quality of the basses, mids, and highs accordingly. I hope that I'll be able to experiment with it more and improve in the future.

SMW Castle (Solo Piano)

Originally the soundtrack for one of the trailers before MGSV - Phantom Pain's release, this variant is a solo arrangement for piano. This was a test to gauge the plugin's strength with softer tones as well as polyphony. This my second track using "The Giant" VST by Native Instruments, and I'm really enjoying its use so far.

Mike Oldfield - Nuclear (MGSV - Phantom Pain) [Piano]

Originally a song for the character Quiet in the video game MGSV: The Phantom Pain, this variant is a solo arrangement for the piano. Because of the nature of the original song, this doesn't stray too far in composition or conveyed feeling. This is my third track using "The Giant" VST by Native Instruments, and I'm amazed at how it's possible for a virtual piano to convey such emotion, even if it was recorded.
