EDM powerhouse MAKJ and next-gen leader PURARI unite once again with their latest release, ‘Beautiful Life’ on Smash The House!

Almost three years since the pair’s last co-production, the fearsome ‘Beast’, new track ‘Beautiful Life’ sees a fast-tempo, big room energy that then splinters off into a harsher, attention-grabbing strain of electro, fortified with punchy bass and sizzling synthlines, all rounded off with a melodic and feminine topline come the breakdown. 

After mastering his craft under the late DJ AM, MAKJ, otherwise known as Mackenzie Johnson, has gone on to exceed his expectations within the scene. Notable achievements include 3 Top 10 Beatport chart hits, including a #1, and hosting his own weekly radio show on iHeartRadio. MAKJ’s intuitive ability to take influence from multiple genres, even outside the world of EDM, has seen his work vastly supported by the likes of David Guetta, Avicci, Nicky Romero and Laidback Luke and, as a live DJ, MAKJ has connected with crowds across the globe, performing sets on some of the world’s most famous stages, including Coachella, Ultra, Electric Zoo and Euphoria Festival. 

Making his mark on the electronic scene, PURARI’s solo releases ‘Lift Off,’ ‘Party with Me’ feat MC Ambush, and Beatport Big Room #1 ‘Change’ have made him one to watch in recent years. The self-taught DJ/producer whose passion for producing music ignited in his early teens has acclaimed success with releases on Mixmash Bold, and Smash The House.

Flexing the high-quality production and musical ear of two of EDM’s most exciting names, ‘Beautiful Life’ will hit the headline stages this summer.
