Deep, sexy bass ducks and weaves through intricately laced organic drums--thuds and reverberations of animal skins stretched tightly across warm wood. Darkness and light is balanced impeccably amongst hypnotic grooves. The close connection between David Block and Yaygon Lamagaia is instantly recognizable in the depth of attention and care the latter gives to the former's source material.
