Hi Paolo, a lovely, moving piece - so glad you found it again and it sounds great! I feel a bit depressed when I search the Richard John vaults and find some good songs .... ... that were recorded very badly, and I don't have the will-power to record them again! 'Tons of Love' sounded great to come out into the open at last! :) PS Getting old ....... tell me about it!! :)

Jo and I teamed up on this tune. To rethink and remake it. Jo felt that this song could be taken as an Allegory for what is happening in the Ukraine and all wars. 
His lovely (Russian) Rav Vast Rhythms are meant as a poignant reminder That "Governments are the war makers."  ALL OF US are trying to survive our governments.

Jo also produced the haunting voicings and  the wonderful   water wind and birds from a natural recording.

My music is very instinctive. I like all kinds 
of music even if I attend most assiduously 
 Pop, Classical and Jazz.
I compose mostly with the piano but 
I'm experimenting  with the composition
 with acoustic guitar. I enjoy playing Sax 
and Trumpet (keys) in my tracks and in 
collaboration with other soundclouders.
I write and sing in Italian lyric and I am
 improving my singing in English. I hope
 my passion for music can give
 you some nice feeling.
