After some sweet yoga, Outside, at a beautiful amphitheater in Durango, CO we called in the 7 directions and the five elements, singing praises to the sunshine, creating a sacred bubble to move and groove to our heart's delight ~ the vibes were sweet and everything was alive! We celebrated the Summer Solstice in fine style!!
