The Mayapur Vasis started their activities almost 10 years ago in the sacred Land of Sri Mayapur Dham, West Bengal India. 

It had a humble start with great ambitious plan of traveling the whole world with the aim of sharing the most beautiful gift of Harinam Sankirtan, means the chant of the Maha Mantra Hare Kṛṣṇa. The transcendental land of Sri Mayapur dham is the birth place of Kirtan. 

Kirtan is the connection to Krishna or God through the chanting of His powerful names. Although simple, Harinam Sankirtan is  a powerful way of spiritual connection in a higher level which will bring to the chanter all desirable things. Chanting is the answer for all questions and the resting place of the soul. Vasis means residents so our name means: the residents of Sri Mayapur Dham.
