all the people came with shallow energy and together with the help of the music we lifted ourselves. the power of music was at its best in hard times like this.
with a big prayer the killing will come to an end and let the music be our weapon.

I used to release a regular mixtape called Rhythm and Roots presenting inspirations and new tunes from around the world - digital crate digging. I don't have time to keep up with Rhythm and Roots anymore but I miss making mixtapes and presenting the incredible music coming out of bedrooms and studios from Germany to Ghana. A lot of tracks new and old, juxtaposed, overlaid, edited, melted together :)
