Though a newcomer, Jorge Mayado aka MAYD is set to hit the scene in a big way. His debut release with Peak Hour Music, “Stolen Skyline” featuring Miss Palmer and Pistols & Pints, is a heart felt progressive house track with a big room feel that could easily find its place in a major festival set. Miss Palmer's breathy, emotional vocals recounting the loss of someone dear against solemn piano chords gives way to uplifting synths and a trance inspired build as the lyrics shift to expressions of hope that her sorrow will pass. MAYD explains that his inspiration for this track was the desire to create music that “people love and would make them want to dance” and indeed he has succeeded with “Stolen Skyline,” creating a song that will move people both physically and emotional.
