I Channeled Pure Source at the Same Time i received the songs and planted the Seed of my new album Coming Ama, Ancient Voices.
Her intention was planted in the lush nature of Costa Rica after calling in this time of grounding and rooting in this sacred land where I felt so home and welcome. 

In a moment of remembrance of my pure connection to source, where I was reconnecting to my own center and potential of creation, this prayer bless my soul to remember that in essence we are all pure source, source of all, source of love. 

I recorded all the songs of my new Album Coming in the studio of @mosemusica in Guatemala and as a gift from the Universe i recorded Pure Source with @iyakuh there as well. It was pure magic and i feel so honoured for the incredible talent of my dear Sonic wizard Brother and after he invite my other dear and incredible soul brother @j_pool to Weave all together our magic for the final production and mastering of this version of my song. 

I will share the acoustic version in the Future and at the same Time what a gift of pure love to feel the Support and devotion of my 2 brothers and to expand together the Spirit of pure source and this prayer coming directly from source to birth this unique frequency to the world together for you to celebrate life and Dance in Unity and love

"I listened to Naynaeo, in the river where I lived in the peruvian jungle in Iquitos for 2 years, as an offering to that eternal time, to the unity of all the worlds in one, being present. Andre Lehner later accompanied me during the recording in Austria by playing the shamanic drum, and so together with my sansula and my voice we recreated that memory of the future."

"The journey starts with, In silence, words that came through me like a river from sounds and silence. Flowing river opening the way with solfeggio frequencies, and sounds of water from the river in Aterra in the south of Portugal. Inviting the listener to connect in silence and listen deep inside. Connecting with your essence and feeling the intention of the Essência album through the unity between the space of sound and silence, the nature frequencies, and my voice & instruments in deep devotion and service to creation and source inside all."

Vibrating in tune, listening, breathing, deeply rooted, reconnecting with our essence, listening to nature, from the silence, we are one with Her and from this listening we can receive her messages, the melodies and vibration that she transmits to us. 

“Essência” is a magical journey through the (sound) landscapes of Peru, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Austria and Portugal. Sounds of pure nature recorded in different places of the earth. In those sanctuaries, from my inner silence, an empty space is created within me to receive and give birth. Being at service to the essence and translating it into music. Serving as an instrument I transmit through my voice, my words, and the different instruments that I play. Being connected with everything, disappearing, like a bridge joining the bodies of sound and silence.”

Deep gratitude & Love

Maywa is a singer, composer, voice and embodiment coach, as well as a DJ and Music Producer. She creates original themes inspired by the magic of nature that we are. In service to the frequencies of love, she channels the lyrics for her medicine songs where she gives a voice to the different worlds, elementals, plants, and spirits. Her art leads the listener to connect with their own inner world and their most intimate and vulnerable aspects and emotions. Maywa's voice & sonic creations feel like a prayer & sound alchemy that through simplicity and purity, unify the hearts of humanity.

She spent more than 10 years travelling and living in Africa, South America and Central America (México, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, Colombia). She lived several years in the jungle and started to write her own medicine songs. She deepened her connection to the plants and spirit world as she was guided to remember her gift. Also she savoured 2 years with indigenous women and grandmothers of the Shipibo tradition of Peru.

By listening and tuning into nature and the subtle realms of creation, Maywa guides people into their reconnection with nature and alignment with their essence through her unique way to create sound journeys, hybride live set & dj set cacao dance & shamanic voice embodiment workshops.
