Lecture given on 12/7/2018 at the Islamic Society of Midwest/Turkish Cultural Center in Mt Prospect, IL. 

The talk explores the hidden connection between health and good character: namely psycho-emotional trauma. The talk discusses its roots, its pervasiveness as an intra-personal phenomenon as well as being a social and global issue, and ultimately the way out of it, through it, and forward to health, wholesomeness and a genuine and real moral state of being.
