There’s nothing more tragic than a love that feels true but is tainted by hedonism and deceit, but tragedy has its place in art. Strong percussion against the soft vocals reveal a telling story about chasing a high despite being stuck in cosmic daydream. Celestial motifs are woven into this idealistic narrative as Mazvita’s soulful voice clings to a love that is as distant as space creating a moody under tone. The song is native to Manchester but it’s interdimensional stagnant reflection of love leaves you between worlds. 

 Being her first song since the debut EP ‘Receipts’, Mazvita collaborated with a Manchester Producer JP Asumu to create ‘Intergalactic’ which fuses genres such as alternative RnB, neo-soul  with a hint of Trap-Soul.

She released her debut EP ‘Receipts’ when she was 17 years old. The self funded project explores the emotions one experiences as the let go of old relationships. Ultimately, the 5 tracks are ‘receipts’ of these now withered connections.

Mazvita, born and raised in Manchester, has always been making music, singing from an early age and writing her first song when she was only 9 years old. The now London based artist, has influences from, neo soul, jazz and pop to indie, blues and alternative music.
