Mr Drummer was born Tebogo Khumo Moloise on the spring of November- 22- 1982 in Orapa. He was raised and lived most of his life in Mahalapye. He began both his elementary and primary studies in the years 1988/89 respectively. A brilliant writer and reader during the years of his school account. It was in 1996 when he went to Mahalapye Junior School when exposure to Hip Hop came through watching Yo Mtv Raps, Studio Mix & listening to Shakes the Mix Rap Blast Show on RB2. The ear  trapped the sounds of artists like Luniz, KRS 1,Tupac, Biggie, Digable Planets, CL Smooth, Nas, Brand Nubian,The Mothaload, Public Enemy to state a few. The young man became enamored with theHip Hop culture. His friend Skyfly  also got captivated by this astonishing art and they both shared the slight awareness they had about the culture. With time he started writing rhymes. It was in 1998 in Madiba High School where he also started freestyle battling and doing poetry. Along with Skyfly they both put Mahalapye on the map nationwide in 2000 when they freestyled on Strictly Hip Hop Live hosted by pioneers Draztik and Slim on RB2. Another shot came when he managed to kick raps on Yarona Fm Sprite Rap Activity Jam alongside another one of his homeboys Steez again putting their town on the map. They also massive by organising events like variety shows, basketball tournaments and inviting other established artist to perform in their hometown.
More love for the art came in 2001 in Johannesburg at the Black August Concert because that is where he managed to personally meet and conversate with legends in the game like Black Thought(The Roots),Talib Kweli, Jeru the Damaja, Dead Prez, X-Amount(Cashless Society), Snazz the Dictator, Imani Izuri(Malawi), Appleseed(Bongo Maffin), Unathi, Dj Bionic and Bad Boy T.
Mr Drummer is a rhyme connoisseur, flow extraordinaire, story teller, punchline guru and his lyrical prowess paints the listener a moving picture. Clarity is his master communication and he writes songs and delivers them in a high audible fashion. In this manner he avoids throwing up semantic blurs that may end confusing listeners.Music  is the essence of life, it has the ultimate power to control souls and he takes this advantage to facilitate positivity in the people through songs. It is apparent that this artist enjoys doing music that has substance and authenticity but that does not arrest his liberal freedom of creativity. This can be sampled from songs like “Mmannyee” in which he narrates a story about a teenage girl who got caught in the fast life of men , cars and drugs.
A member and co-founder of Super Hip Hop outfit MBC which consists of him, Skyfly and Manyflows. Currently he is working on his debut solo mixtape “Botshelo ke Lebelete”. The project is produced by local and international producers and it features the likes of Apollo Diablo, Konkrete, Danger- T, MBC,Phoenix, Sean Celcius(Netherlands), True Afrikan(Zimbabwe) and more surprise packages.  He has shared the stage with the likes of Slizer, Zeus, A.T.I,  Dramaboi, Tshepi-D, Scar, Culture Spears, Franco, Konkrete, Apollo Diablo, Notshi, Dj Lemonka to mention a few.
With past coverage of  print media outletslike Mmegi, The Echo, Kutlwano, HUB and television appearances on Mokaragana and Flavadome it is clear that this here artist is not an amateurand is destined for greater things in the entertainmentindustry. He will drop in world- class poise.
