Anyone who understands would never go to sleep without having recited these two verses. Therefore, you should make a special effort to learn these verses, and at the same time, teach your family members how to recite them.

The Holy Prophet Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam: Peace be upon him has said that one who recites these two verses during the night, they will be sufficient for him.

Ruqyah - Seek Allah's Protection from all forms of evil. 

Recite loudly:
1) Surah Al-Fatiha
2) Ayat Al-Kursi
3) Last Three Ayats of Surah Al-Baqara
4) Surah Al-Falaq
5) Surah An-Nas
