Teller - Make Me Hate U (Solmare Remix)

Wrote this track for the Dirtywave Discord Jam 010, "HYPERDRIVE". I decided to use more of my music gear as I've been almost exclusively writing everything inside the M8 for about a solid year. Here I am taking the MIDI OUT from the M8 into a Retrokits RK-006, and having that push the MIDI out to a second M8 for a few tracks of synth ear candy, a Teenage Engineering OP-1 Field for some synths keys, a Hydrasynth for the arps you are hearing, and sending all the audio into a TX-6 for compression/EQ/boost. A few of the tracks are being routed into a Moog MF-104M for the analog delay and slight modulation.

This is my interpretation of the song “All Gone” from the soundtrack to “The Last of Us” by Gustavo Santaolalla.  It is a wonderful, simple and emotional work and I loved attempting to piece together its expressions into this short version of the collection of ideas that came from each version of it in the video game.
