And watched it crumble like the sand beneath our feet when we were kids
The past attacks me like how a cat reacts to mist
We enjoy it while we can before there’s nothing left to miss
Slowly the ride only reminds of times I was unaware really how empty is life
Passenger’s side so much sunlight I’m blind
Glasses aren’t mine but they’ll fit for this time

Now the scent of the Dragon Breath follows you
Drown in a bottle to swallow the models who hollowed you like sirens on pride rock
Beauty met the man and made him cream in his pants

I’ve heard a rapper say to stay away from making music, ain’t nothing but a confusing mess
But I need to take the other side, no offense, making music is the only thing to me that’s making any sense
I’ve got a shitload of questions and not enough answers
I’ve got guardian angel that’s been on break

Each one a different way to describe the same thing: a feeling not done justice by words
Thought language scattered in the mind it's very hard to translate it
Looking in the eyes to break it
Puzzles in the iris make it easier to figure out what you're really telling me

You take what makes sense and make a mess of it as if life isn't confusing enough!

Standing in the sand only to realize that my imprints would vanish like Pluto to planets

More Rain

This was inspired by a song called "Monophobia" made by a fellow artist and friend, Airospace. He did a really good job with it, and it ended up motivating me to write this tonight. Felt kind of weird about going over the same beat, but I decided that in the end nothing really matters. I did this for creative purposes only, Flying Lotus definitely deserves credit for creating the amazing instrumental. This was done on a built-in computer mic. enjoy.
