This sound healing meditation is designed to help you align your chakra energy and help to re-boot your spirit. You can think of this sound healing as an “on the go” healing. This sound healing composition was written using a combination of many ancient and modern sound healing modalities. You will feel each chakra vibrate in sync with the music as your progress through the energy system. We are able to achieve this through the use of binaural beats tuned to each chakra's resonat frequency. This technuiqe will aide you in not only releasing what no longer serves you, but heping to align your enrgey back to its natural state of balance. Ting sha's are used to indicate its time to move to the next chakra. You will also hear singing bowls, shaman drums, tuning forks, tibetan bells and mantra's during this 10 minute chakra balancing.
