Today we talked with two guests, Amina Seydou and Abii-Tah Bih about the relevant Black Lives Matter Movement.

Originally from Niger, Amina Seydou is a senior at James Madison College majoring in International Relations and Comparative Cultures and Politics. She is the current interim Vice President of the student senate at James Madison College. She loves working with the youth and is currently interning at One Love Global.

Abii-Tah Bih is the President of the Associated Students of Michigan State University – the undergraduate Student Government. She is a senior at James Madison College pursuing a double degree in International Relations and Comparative Cultures and Politics. She is originally from Cameroon and loves to travel, take pictures, and edit videos.

Today we sat down with the founders of Achoo International, an Asian-American focused clothing brand, Sean Dupiano and Kiujoy Kokko.
“Hi! We’re Kiujoy and Sean, pronouns he/him/his, and we are both the co-founders of achoo international. I first met Sean in the third grade, and we shared the same classroom and same club penguin accounts. I still remember the first text I sent to Sean in college about starting a clothing brand. Three years of planning with many failed samples later, we finally released achoo international earlier this year in February.

Since then, it’s been challenging but fulfilling, wanting to deliver high quality fabrics but, more importantly, finding a space where our cultures are respected without the sacrifice of others. We have many exciting things coming your way, but until then, here are the faces to match the voice behind this platform of dialogue. ”
