Grown Men Fighting on the Internet

From 2012–2015, I hosted and produced a podcast called It Might Get Personal (http://itmightgetpersonal.com) where guests would sing a favorite song and talk about why it was important to them. 

From 2013–2015, we recorded at Women's Audio Mission in San Francisco and LD Dean was the recording engineer and audio magician. I booked full days and tried to get three or four guests for each session, but every once in a while, someone would cancel or I couldn't get all the guests and LD and I would be sitting there with an empty studio and half a day.

This one day we decided to record a song. LD's band had done a party gig a while before this, and learned some Blondie songs (along with a bunch of other covers), and I've always loved Blondie, too (my band at the time did a cover of 11:59 from Parallel Lines). So we chose Dreaming. LD did the drum machine programming and sang, and I played the bass and guitar.
