French local Tartine Records producer @john-tareugram continues to supply the label with his own vision of house music. 'Born Ready' is made of a perfect synthetic melody which John alone has the secret, a powerful bassline, a bouncing drumrack and lovely vocal samples. As B side's first track of Untartined Tapes Volume 3, it sounds fantastically fresh with no concessions. John can surely keep the keys of the label.

Now he's joining up with the Lobster Theremin guys with a beaut of an EP on their Distant Hawaii sub-label. As of late, France has been a hotbed for up-and-coming house and disco labels, releasing some of the grooviest tunes pumped out on dance floors across the globe. Newly minted Groovence is no exception to this, bringing forth their their first label release with a various artists compilation that will leave your head buzzing, heart melting and feet stomping. VA releases can be hit or miss but « The Cosmic Groove EP' lives up to its name with funky, spaced out cuts that will have you calling Houston and assuring them that there is no problem.

Based out of Paris, the vinyl-only label has been releasing an 'invite' series of hour long sets to showcase their tastes, with guests as Luvless ( Rose Records, Sleazy Beats recordings), Ethyène ( Moonrise Hill Material, Kolour LTD), Tour Maubourg (Pont-Neuf Records) and Twice Movement (Groovence) ; each sporting their own quality tracks on the label premiere.

Little do we know about Moondance, in fact when these tracks just showed up in the inbox one day, we said ”Moon who?

All we got was a link to a dropbox folder with tracks signed Moondance. One thing is for sure though, the music we got sent speaks volumes and that is why we didn’t hesitate twice when we decided to sign all of them. First up is "Never Found Love".  

Never Found Love comes in two different shapes. While the original is a colourful, rich, and jazzy piano driven house track with a vocal to tie it all together.
