Lo-Fi 2 - Eurorack live

The idea of the track is about reverb distortion and deformation using cv modulation. Modules used : Desmodus versio, basimilus as bass and low kick, plonk as kick, ajh filter, verbos foundation oscillator for leads, bitbox micro for the samples and the wonderful traffic from jasmine and olive trees.

Songs build around a little piano sample named koan.
Core of the ryhtmic is done with the amazing Jasmine traffic that fit so well with the BIA and the Polaris.

Disting MK4 delivers Shift Registering Melody into the Make-Noise STO.
I use Nerdseq Random Jump to create random Bass for the Plaits, filtered by LPG Ryo Aperture (sometimes it clicks).
I insert the little arpeggio melody into the VCA Veils that I plug into the Doepfer VCA and modulate the CV with MI Stages LFO.
The groove is done by autoclocking the sequencer with the Dixie LFO and 2 steps with 2 differents CV into the FM of the Dixie.

Lulled by Mike Oldfield, Art of Noise, Pink Floyd, Megadeth or Datasette, Mr Bill he was quickly haunted by the pads of the CS80 and other electro sounds: from the boom tchack of acid house to the electro bleep blop of floating points .
Fascinated by video games, design and blinking box grooves, the discovery of the Eurorack obedience modular synth comes back to him like a haunting call to create layers of progressive rotating arpeggios and other sound accidents on his 4x104hp.
