My phone says “mindfulness,” I scroll through the app,
While tweeting about burnout and eating a snack.
Tried affirmations - “I am powerful” - got distracted by ads,
Now I’m questioning if self-love requires better browsing habits.

But hey - at least we're aware,
We see the glitch, we just don't know how to repair.
We're semi-updated software, crashing in real time,
But look - we're all still here, still hitting ‘retry.’
