Hello again. It's been around a months time since I last posted... Far to long for my liking and mental health. 
A few things have changed in the time, from raising new born kittens by hand- to ending a 4 year relationship... Lots of feelings and strange emotions. 
When it seems you're doing nothing, but the world is constantly moving - It's easy to feel like you're being left behind; of little worth- like elderly or sickly in ancient nomadic tribes. 
But it's just a mind game, and I'm starting to see that. 

The mind plays tricks on itself, and if you let it run rampent, you'll find both body and mind out of control. 
Being rooted in the now, is integral to understand for mental health and true perspective on the universe. That being said...... my imagination, and it seems others imaginations.. 
People in general, have a undying curiosity for the future. 
A constant fearful obsession with what will happen next. 
Endless permutations and scenarios of how events could potentially unfold.. 
It's easy to think too much, and it's entirely too easy to get lost and trapped in those thoughts. 

That is what this song is about..  Honestly it's quite old, the song was written about 8 months ago.. and I've had the instrumental for longer. @https://soundcloud.com/sicknessmp 
Is the producer, as always... coming with a beautiful sound that makes one feel. Much love and thanks to him for letting me use the sound. With all the things that were happening, and how I was feeling, it felt like the right time to make the song. 

Because, when I was younger, not even 6 years ago, - I had no idea of what was to come. 
And before that, I never found an answer to: 'What do you want to be when you grow up?'

MPM welcomes Melodiesinfonie! "Be Thankful" is the second album by the Swiss producer and musician, who first stepped onto the scene via his EPs on Soulection. A son of a dedicated jazz fan, Melodiessinfonie grows up surrounded by his dad's audiophile record collection. He becomes a drummer and plays in a couple of experimental psych rock bands. 20 years later, he is one of todsays most promising and challenging producers. Jazz is definitley the teacher, when it comes to Melodiesinfonie's music and without Dilla he would sound different as well. Which can be said about many beatmakers but doesn't do justice to Melodiesinfonie. He is a free spirit who creates his music unaffected from the boundaries of musical genres and business policies. Musicality, vision and spirituality are the cornerstones on which "Be Thankful" is build. The album features musical friends like Marla, Miles Bonny, Djemeia, Anja Joie, Christian Crow, Nothoya and Wodoo Wolcan. It is also the first kollabo between MPM and Boyoom Connective, the artist collective founded by Meldiesinfonie and Maloon The Boom.

 Maybe it was the media feeding our hungry brains with images of greener grass that made us lose appreciation for what we had.  Did pop culture observe us from far like voltures, waiting for the event of our death to exploit the rise and fall of our symbioses?  They separated us in a time when we should be the closest.  Is this the grand scheme?  I use scheme for lack of a better word to describe this atrocity.  Articles in GQ and Cosmopolitan possibly, songs like Poison and Creep by BBD and TLC, obviously!  Player this, player that, not everything is fun and games.  Comparisons to dogs and cats when we know they dont get along, its a shame!  Dont believe everything your single friends tell you if they compell you to hate me.  Communication is the only immunity we have clearly.  They got us in the frame of mind to not settle.  This very word reminds us of tools, kids and kettles.  Am I right, or am I wrong?  If you feel me join in and sing this song.
