Berlin based DJ and producer Powel is the author of stellar remixes and productions of incredible musicality. His signature rhythms, percussion work and captivating atmospheres have the amazing ability to take you into the depth of aural pleasure.

I usually don't have much to say about my mixes and this time is no different. It's music from the softer spectrum of electronic dance music (I hate that this term is usually used to describe a very specific genre)recorded on a rainy midweek afternoon. I think it'll speak for itself if you allow it to do so.

With 13 years behind them as a creative partnership Anthony Middleton and Luca Saporito AKA Audiofly have accumulated unparalleled experience through their endeavours and continue to put everything into maintaining their careers at the highest level. After a chance meeting in 2002, the two men have established a creative empire, which includes two record labels, a global party brand and fashion. The first label, Supernature, serves as a platform to represent both their musical vision and their ability to discover and nurture new talent, while Maison D’Etre is evolving into a vinyl-only platform, embodying the more traditional aspects of Audiofly’s ethos, On top of that, their party, Flying Circus, remains the jewel in the crown at many of the world’s biggest music events; WMC, Sonar Week, ADE and more, with a firm emphasis on quality over quantity. They manage to create and find the sort of tracks which force you to dance and pay attention to the finer details. If there is one superlative which consistently run through Audiofly's discography, it is the word 'deep, and with tracks from Dorisburg, Doubtingthomas, Kassem Mosse and more, you can expect more depth on their Balance Selections podcast...

Over the last 10 years Stelios Vassiloudis has released music under various monikers and aliases for labels such as Bedrock, Poker Flat and Audiomatique. Not only has he received support form high profile labels,  but some of his most vocal supporters over the years have been luminaries such as Sasha, Josh Wink, Laurent Garnier and Steve Bug. A notable achievement in recent years for Vassiloudis was the release of his debut album on John Digweed's esteemed Bedrock imprint. Released to critical acclaim in late 2011, 'It Is What It Is' spanned across 2 discs of original compositions, and set the global stage for Stelios as an artist with a very unique production style.
On his mix for Balance, the Greek producer has opted for a very upfront selection of tracks from artists such as Dauwd, Recondite, dubspeeka and more. No doubt this one will have you coming back for more…

Joe Miller is an English-born beatmonger, influenced in equal measure by heaving clubs, and the earthy melancholy of forests. 
He grew up in Australia, where he learned to craft sets that are whimsical and left-field, evoking a sense of place. In 2013 he delivered us one of the most exquisite mixes you will ever find, a beautiful pastiche of tracks new and old expertly weaved together. Since then Joe has released music on labels ranging from All Day I Dream (alongside Jamie Stevens) to Manual Music and much more. Make sure to watch out for his upcoming release on our own Dawn Till Dusk imprint. 
As expected, Joe’s mix is an adventurous 44 track narrative that will keep you hooked from start to finish.

Over the course of an electronic music obsession more than 20 years strong, Mark Slee has evolved a deep musical style that reflects a unique personality, blending intuition and introspection with a methodical approach to production and curation.

Fully committed to digging the troves of modern dance music, Slee aims to uncover releases that stand out. His monthly mix show on Proton Radio showcases his discoveries, with over 100 mixes presented in the past decade. In 2016, Slee joined forces with musical partner Atish to form the label Manjumasi. Debuting with his own Nocturne Belle EP, Manjumasi celebrates quirky dance music that explores new territory without forgetting the dance floor. Beyond Manjumasi, Slee's original productions and remixes have been released on such imprints as Cityfox, Seven Villas, Kindisch, Everything Will Be OK, Sound Avenue, Lost Diaries, Cosmic Society, Magician On Duty, Nugget, Where the Heart Is, Proton Music, and more. In addition to regular appearances on his San Francisco home turf, Slee's style has earned him DJ sets in notable locales, such as Kater Blau and Sisyphos in Berlin, Cityfox in New York, and Robot Heart.

Since 2016 Slee has also been developing immersive, spatial audio-visual production tools for systems of up to 32 channels via Envelop. Notable live performances with Envelop include MUTEK.SF and FORM Arcosanti.
