The Visuals

It was Sydney 1997 i was 16 and heavily influenced by Tupac, rap and hip hop in general. Me and a mate decided to do some tracks he was a musician and i wrote raps we called our self Big Deal & STR8'' thats when i took on the name of MC STR8 and the name came from the acronym of Stay True & Real For Infinity, represented by the 8. 

I went on to do some rap battles in and around Sydney In 2003 at a Tech9 show in Sydneys Enmore theater i met and done a few tracks with a central coast based rap group called 'Mystic Circle'. This is how i fist met MC Genesis a freestyle rapper from Zimbabwe. Genesis and myself hit it off and began an off shoot crew named STR8 & Sadak we worked together until 2010 and now were back.

...Well STR8 is back still waiting on my boy Sadak to drop his verse tho. :)
