McTate II, is An Original Breakbeat Poet, Spoke-word Artist and Motivational Speaker. Over the pass 25, years he has had the opportunity to share his inspirational talents at such place as; The World Stage in Los Angeles, The Comedy Store, The Knitting Factory in Hollywood, UCLA, CSUN, Cal State L.A., and the list goes on. McTate II, has co-developed a monthly open mic event called First Thursdays at De Anza College which is going into it’s 10th year. As a father and poet, McTate II,  looks to continue sharing his thoughts and feelings in hopes of being an exemplary source of inspiration.
