This track was made with the Yamaha VL-1 Synthesizer. A duophonic synthesizer based on physical modelling of mostly wind instruments.

Yamaha VL - 1 Ancient Times

Martijn de Man(1969) started his professional music career as a keyboard-player for the Dutch rockband Urban Heroes. Although he enjoyed performing 'live', he developed a greater interest in composing. After the band split up in 1995, Martijn focused on writing music and established himself as a composer for all kinds of multimedia, like documentaries, television commercials and motion pictures. The choice to become a fulltime composer proved to be the right one - Since 1995 Martijn has been  composing  music for various tv-commercials and documentaries and short films.
