Lugar Sonoro aims to create recurring excursions in sound as an imaginary place where boundaries in musical genres blend, disappear or even create something new.
Time should be of less importance than hearing, perceiving and feeling.

The first edition as premiered on @radio-relativa is a recording of spontaneous character with Guest Lena Holzwig. 
An encounter in a musical space with rather calm energies and meditative character.

Steve has been a dedicated DJ throughout the years, honing his skills and mixing the styles along the way, ending up in the wonderful world of Dub Techno.

Bio:
Solace, aka Steve Livingston, started spinning vinyl in his home country of Scotland back in 1989, and soon went on to be resident DJ in several top underground clubs in Glasgow & Edinburgh. Those were simpler times, with far less genres, but his music style was geared firmly at discerning dancefloors, and keeping that crowd grooving.
Over the following 21 years, remaining faithful to vinyl only, he was also fortunate enough to get the chance to travel far & wide overseas and play at some very cool venues.
In 2010, Solace temporarily hung up the headphones to travel the world, move countries, get married, and also ended up with a couple of kids.
Music was always an important part of his life, and so fast forward to 2017 and he makes the decision to start buying individual tracks again, reluctantly deciding on digital releases. In the quest to find some styles to work with, he elects for one of his biggest music passions, the sounds of Dub Techno.
Today's Solace mixes are aimed at creating a soundscape for the mind than purely at a dancefloor, so you can expect a variety of tempos & style changes. There's a desire to marry together tracks both old & new, and a very simple underlying focus of trying to create mixes that are worthy of the sensational music that producers 
from now and then have equipped him with.
