So I just wanted to do something again after a year of posting my first few songs

Lyrics:

I waste my time trying to spend it right. 
I write these lyrics to look like the people i'm looking up to.
The only reason for this song to exist is because I really want to get a feeling of how it feels to be like my favorite artists.
I don't even think my voice is actually any good.
I just have some knowledge about softwares and microphones but I actually know next to nothing about making music or singing in of itself.
I don't know how to play the guitar but I spend time trying to play the melodies of my favorite songs and game but I am incapable of leaning cords and I recently realized how bad my rythm was.  
I just exist to listen to music and believe I too could make something good if I spent enough time to master it. Or just I was more naturally talented. 
Because I also tell myself I shouldn't spend any time and effort on this at all because it is just not worth it.
I am aware that I am missing something important.

I made a few covers of musics that I like a lot because I thought that loving the songs was enough to make a good cover out of it. 
wrote a few songs too but I still just sound like shit.
The only reason why I posted 3 songs a year ago was because I thought i would have completely wasted my time if I didn't post them. At the same time I am aware that there is no way that people would actually listen to them so I wasted my time anyways.
And here I am again because one of my favourite artists said "now it's your time, tell me about yourself" and I guess it was good enough of an excuse for me to waste more time trying to sound good to nobody.
This song format is a direct inspiration from that same exact song and artist. 
The beat is from the same artist because I had no clue how to find any beautiful instrumentals like this by myself.
So I guess I can thank Melmige for the excuse to write this song,
because i've been meaning to try to do something like this for a while but I am so lazy that I didn't even find the strength to dedicate even a few minutes into writing this song before today.
So i guess that's it.
A song about how I am unable to make good songs. It's kinda funny when you think about it.
