like your going to be passing on the street
and you look at each other and for a few seconds
there's this kind of ... uh...recognition,
like you both know something!
The next moment the person is gone
and its too late to do anything about it.
And you always remember it because it was there and you let it go
and you think to yourself: "what if I had stopped? what if I had said something?"
What if, what if...
It may happen only a few times in your life, or once...
Or once.

Single and looking (Nowhere)

Based on a couple of Philip K. Dick story lines:
This track is about a cop in a future big city, 
working in a division of the police department that arrests killers before they commit the crimes, aided by organic precognitive technology.
It is also inspired by Rachael, the replicant who has the implanted memories of Eldon Tyrell's niece and is led to believe that she is human but is beginning to suspect the truth of her existence...
