Me Again's style of electronic music is continually developing and this is shown in his latest track titled 'What A Shame'. Teaming up with Sydney singer/songwriter Saea, the track starts of slowly with a more moody beginning before progressing into a finish that is more suited to the club. Saea's vocals perfectly glue the piece together to create a well-rounded track.

'Hit and Run' is a song about being in the difficult position of thinking you had moved on from someone but haven't and having the realisation that you miss them. The songwriting talks about developing the feeling of being beat up by your emotions and that you feel your loved one is toying with you "like a game".... 

This track, although outlining a difficult situation in someones relationship, is about allowing your emotions to release in the form of dance. Drawing influences from deep head bopping dance music using synths and electronic instrumentation combined with live guitars, bass and a strong lead vocal ‘Hit And Run’ is a track for club and rock music fans alike.

Written and recorded by Me Again, ‘Last Night’ is an emotionally driven track written about the control one person can have over a relationship. Although you know that it is toxic, you cant help but keep going back. With dance driven beats, airy synths, funk style guitar riffs and dreamy vocals, ‘Last Night' perfectly captures those late night thoughts one experiences whilst wrapped around someones finger. The songwriting is powerful and the production is flawless - it’s a diverse track that allows for easy bedroom listening yet has the ability to transport you to the dance floor. 

This diversity comes at no surprise with influence’s such as Rufus Du Sol, Bob Moses and Disclosure, which can be heard throughout.

Last Night

Following on from their latest single ‘Last Night’ Me Again are set to release their most diverse and genre defying track yet ‘Selfish’. Rooted around a blues guitar inspired riff with a blend of both downtempo and head nodding tones.

From a songwriting perspective selfish is a dive into the insecurities and inner demons one has, and how they can unknowingly project them onto their partner, causing a breakdown within the relationship. 

The duo demonstrate the versatility within their sound by incorporating a slower tempo beat and experimenting with sound design. “Selfish” is a modest flex of Me Again’s production skills and is sure to be a standout amongst contemporary electronic music.
